"It's never a question of CAN you, but WILL you..."
Motivation can be a tricky thing to figure out. Different people require different forms and types of motivation. Everyone has something they would like to do, but lack motivation to actually go out and do it. Maybe you want to stop smoking, or cut back on sweets. Whatever the case, you need the motivation to do so, because it is easier just to keep on with what you are doing.
When it comes to lifting weights and working out, you absolutely need motivation to do so. It is hard work, and would be much easier just to sit at home and do nothing.
So we challenge you to get off your couch, and go work out. Work toward that toned, buffed, strong body you have always wanted, but have lacked the proper motivation to do so. It won't happen over night, nor is it the same for every person. Find what you like and what works best for you and sculpt your body how ever you want.
