Leg day



Leg day is my absolute favorite. My goal is to be able to deadlift 1000 pounds. I push myself every time so that I can get closer to that goal. On the leg press machine and squat machine I am up to 720 doing 3 sets of 5 repetitions. I am about half way to my goal lifting free weights. 

Motivation and determination is the key. It also helps to have a goal set, as a frame of reference.
